Click this link to start a return or exchange. You will need your order number and order zip code to start the process. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the carrier delivery date. Exchanges are free - we charge a $10 restocking fee on returns.
Exchanges
If you would like to try another size or color, use this link and select "Exchange". We will cover the return shipping costs and waive the $10 restocking fee. Upon receipt and examination of your return (in like-new, re-sellable condition), we will send out a replacement within 5-10 business days if your replacement size is available.
Refunds
We will refund items that are in like-new condition and re-sellable within 30 days of the carrier delivery date. Please note that we charge a $10 return processing / restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We aim to issue refunds within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.

What does like-new condition mean?
The return item is in it's original packaging, contains all tags and accessories (if any) and shows no sign of wear.
Why do you charge a $10 return processing fee?
By some accounts, 20% of ecommerce apparel sales result in returns and much of that ends up in landfills or dumped in developing countries. While we don't think we are informed enough (yet) to make any grand sustainability claims, we do believe that the normalization of free e-commerce return policies unwittingly exacerbates problems like overproduction, impulse buying and wasteful logistics costs. The purpose of the $10 restocking fee is not to cover our return cost (it doesn't) but rather to weed out impulse purchases at the outset. With limited production runs, we prefer making fewer but better quality sales instead of contributing to the impulse buying and return cycle.
